In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the complete process of wheel throwing: from preparing your clay to centering, coning, and shaping your first forms. It’s perfect for beginners eager to experience the magic of the pottery wheel for the first time.
Each participant will have their own pottery wheel, ensuring plenty of time to practice and develop your skills. We’ll begin with a detailed demonstration covering all the essentials, after which you’ll start throwing your own pieces under close guidance.
You’ll have unlimited clay to practice with during the session. By the end, you’ll select two of your favorite creations to be trimmed, fired, and glazed in the color of your choice.
If you’d like to take your skills a step further, you can book additional trimming and glazing sessions to finish your pieces by hand.
The workshop includes clay, tools, glazes, and firings, as well as coffee, tea, and snacks.
We work in small groups of up to four people, allowing plenty of space and personal attention as you learn at your own pace. A few days before your session, you’ll receive an email with all practical details and preparation tips.

You can cancel up to 14 days before the workshop free of charge. After that, the full amount will be charged, even if you don't attend. If you’re unable to attend, you may have someone else take your place—just let me know in advance! If I need to cancel the workshop, you’ll be informed as soon as possible and, of course, receive a full refund.
