While all pieces are dishwasher-safe, handwashing ensures their longevity. To keep your ceramics looking their best, I recommend hand washing them with warm, soapy water.

Most of my ceramics are microwave-safe, but I recommend avoiding sudden temperature changes, like moving from the fridge to the microwave, as this can cause cracking. As for the oven, my pieces can generally withstand moderate oven temperatures (up to 200°C/390°F), but it's best to avoid placing them directly into a preheated oven to prevent thermal shock.

No experience is necessary. Our workshops are designed for both beginners and those with some experience. You’ll receive step-by-step guidance throughout the session, so you can create your own ceramic piece from scratch.

Just bring yourself! All materials and tools are provided, and I recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a little messy. Aprons are also available. For the best experience, I suggest trimming your nails before the workshop. Shorter nails make it easier to handle the clay and avoid making unwanted dents in your piece.

The workshops are bilingual. I primarily teach in Dutch, but if there are English speaking participants, I’m happy to switch to English or guide the session in both languages as needed.

Yes, there is free parking available just in front of the studio. You are welcome to visit the studio by car, bike or public transport. The nearest train station is Spaarnwoude. From there, it's a 15-minute walk to the studio.
