Ceramics return and refund policy: 

If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact me at hello@studiotickle.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that are damaged by third parties or damaged after use.

Workshop Terms & Conditions:

You can cancel up to 14 days before the workshop free of charge. After that, the full amount will be charged, even if you don't attend. If you’re unable to attend, you may have someone else take your place—just let me know in advance! If I need to cancel the workshop, you’ll be informed as soon as possible and, of course, receive a full refund.
